Who we are
Encorpore Construction is a licensed general contractor based in Boca Raton, restoring occupied condominium and commercial buildings across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach since 2015. Florida license CGC1541097.
How we price
Unit rates, published quantities and a stated allowance for hidden conditions. No lump sums that hide the scope, no change orders for conditions we could have found on the walkthrough.
How we communicate
One named contact for the board or the manager, and a weekly photo report captioned by scope that you can forward without editing.
Safety on occupied buildings
Written work plan before mobilization: noise hours, balcony access notice, pedestrian routing under the swing stage, garage phasing and who residents call.

Our office is in Boca Raton. Crews work the buildings between the Intracoastal and the ocean, plus the inland condominium corridors in all three counties. The three-mile coastal band matters here: milestone inspection is due at 25 years instead of 30.
